Monday

Early Morning: Jeera water + 4 soaked almonds

Breakfast: Moong dal chilla + mint chutney

Mid-Morning: Coconut water + papaya

Lunch: Lauki sabzi + moong dal + 1 roti + buttermilk

Evening Snack: Green tea + roasted chana

Dinner: Palak soup + 1 roti + salad

Bedtime: Fennel water

Tuesday

Early Morning: Lemon honey water

Breakfast: Oats upma + herbal tea

Mid-Morning: Apple + soaked raisins

Lunch: Khichdi with bottle gourd + cucumber salad

Evening Snack: Buttermilk + 1 khakra

Dinner: Veg stew + 1 multigrain roti

Bedtime: Amla juice

Wednesday

Early Morning: Methi water + ajwain

Breakfast: Multigrain toast + boiled egg/sprouts

Mid-Morning: Bael juice / Amla juice

Lunch: Vegetable pulao + curd

Evening Snack: Fennel tea + roasted seeds

Dinner: Carrot-beet soup + quinoa salad
