Monday

Early Morning: Warm water + 4 soaked almonds

Breakfast: Suji upma with vegetables

Mid-Morning: Coconut water

Lunch: Lauki-tomato sabzi + 1 soft roti + little moong dal (no salt)

Evening Snack: Apple slices + coriander tea

Dinner: Khichdi with bottle gourd + ghee (low salt)

Bedtime: Saunf water

Tuesday

Early Morning: Jeera water

Breakfast: Poha with vegetables (no peanuts)

Mid-Morning: Papaya or 1 guava

Lunch: Tori sabzi + arhar dal + red rice (saltless)

Evening Snack: Herbal tea + 2 khakhra (unsalted)

Dinner: Vegetable daliya + beetroot salad

Bedtime: Coriander water

Wednesday

Early Morning: Amla juice (diluted)

Breakfast: Rice flakes (poha) + boiled peas

Mid-Morning: Coconut water

Lunch: Pumpkin sabzi + 1 roti + low-protein dal
