Monday

Early Morning: Haldi water + 5 soaked almonds

Breakfast: Daliya with jeera tadka or Pongal (South Indian) + mint/coconut chutney

Mid-Morning: Coconut water + tulsi leaves

Lunch: Lauki sabzi + moong dal + 1 multigrain roti or rice with sambar

Evening Snack: Jeera tea + roasted chana

Dinner: Palak soup + 1 soft phulka

Bedtime: Warm ajwain water

Tuesday

Early Morning: Methi water

Breakfast: Vegetable poha or Upma + coriander/coconut chutney

Mid-Morning: Bael juice (unsweetened)

Lunch: Tori sabzi + masoor dal + brown rice or curd rice (mild, homemade)

Evening Snack: Buttermilk + 2 khakhra

Dinner: Bottle gourd soup + beetroot salad

Bedtime: Warm fennel water

Wednesday

Early Morning: CCF tea (coriander-cumin-fennel)

Breakfast: Moong dal chilla or vegetable dosa + mint/coconut chutney

Mid-Morning: Amla juice + 4 munakka

Lunch: Ridge gourd sabzi + 1 roti + salad

Evening Snack: Herbal tea + murmura

Dinner: Masoor soup + 1 phulka or rasam rice (light)

Bedtime: Ginger tulsi infusion

Thursday

Early Morning: Tulsi ginger water

Breakfast: Ragi cheela or idli + coriander/coconut chutney

Mid-Morning: Watermelon slices + coconut water

Lunch: Pumpkin sabzi + arhar dal + 1 roti or rice with rasam

Evening Snack: Lemon water + roasted sunflower seeds

Dinner: Moong soup + lauki mash

Bedtime: Warm coriander water

Friday

Early Morning: Jeera water + 4 soaked raisins

Breakfast: Steamed moong sprouts + black salt or vegetable upma

Mid-Morning: Pomegranate juice (unsweetened)

Lunch: Tinda sabzi + chana dal + red rice

Evening Snack: CCF tea + murmura mix

Dinner: Light daliya + mint chutney or khichdi with ghee

Bedtime: Fennel cardamom water

Saturday

Early Morning: Amla water + tulsi

Breakfast: Besan chilla + coriander chutney

Mid-Morning: Guava or pear

Lunch: Mixed veg sabzi + moong dal + 1 phulka

Evening Snack: Ajwain tea + roasted makhana

Dinner: Pumpkin soup + bottle gourd mash
