Lunch: Lauki sabzi + moong dal + rice + cucumber salad
Evening Snack: Fennel tea + roasted chana
Dinner: Moong soup + 1 phulka
Bedtime: Ajwain saunf water
Early Morning: Warm lemon water + honey
Breakfast: Vegetable upma + coconut chutney
Mid-Morning: Amla juice
Lunch: Bhindi sabzi + tuvar dal + red rice
Evening Snack: Jeera tea + murmura
Dinner: Vegetable daliya + beet salad
Bedtime: Warm coriander water
Early Morning: Saunf water + 4 raisins
Breakfast: Poha + mint chutney
Mid-Morning: Papaya slices + sabja water
Lunch: Tori sabzi + masoor dal + 1 roti
